Washington Snowmobile & Power Sports Expo and Swap Meet

What a great and busy weekend it was at the Washington State Snowmobile Association (WSSA) Snowmobile & Power Sports Expo/Swap Meet! This was our 23nd year displaying at this fun event. The time went by fast. We had our display up and running well before it was time for the gates to open. The best part of the Expo was that you stopped to see our old machines, and swap riding stories when they were the hottest and newest sleds on the trails.

First a-special thanks goes to all those who voted for our first and second place People’s Choice Awards. Without you the awards are not possible. Our display had 19 antique and vintage sleds, plus one cutter. This year you decided the first place winner for Best of Show was Dick Feil for his beautifully restored 1964 Arctic Cat 101 with an 8hp Kohler four stroke motor. Coming in a second was Ray Bergstresser with his 1972 Sno*Jet 440 Thunder Jet. Both of these sleds are skillfully restored and in running condition. Thanks to everyone that voted.

We want to welcome four new members who decided to join during the show. Welcome Katie, Rich, Bill, and Stephen. We look forward to seeing you during this coming winters shows and rides.

Our next event is on Saturday November 12. We will be at the Winters Knights Snowmobile and Power Sports Expo and Swap Meet in Spokane. You can find our group blended with the Vintage Snowmobiles of the Inland Northwest. There will be other events that will be posted on our website: pnwvsc.org and facebook pages.
