Club Information
Who we are: We are a group of enthusiasts that enjoy the challenge of finding, restoring, maintaining, and most importantly riding vintage snowmobiles. Our group is widespread, with members all over the Pacific Northwest. Many of our members also ride modern snowmobiles, and we welcome anyone to our group that shares an appreciation for the relics of a once diverse industry. Owning a vintage sled is not a requirement to join or participate in our club, membership is open to owners of modern and classic sleds as well. - Testing the Change
What we do: The PNWVSC is involved with many events each year, including
-
Trail rides
-
Cookouts
-
Shows
-
Races
We also have the collective wisdom of many members, some of whom have been involved with the sport since the early 60’s. This network of friends and contacts can help find restoration projects, parts, transportation service, or technical advice.
What is Vintage?: There are widely varying opinions on this topic. We class anything with leaf springs as “Vintage”. Early IFS suspensions (Arctic Cat AFS, Skidoo PRS, Yamaha TSS) are regarded as “Classics”. Everything after that is “Modern” or “Late Model”. Not that it matters, because you can ride any of them with us!
I’m sold, how do I join?: Fill out the Membership Form and email it to secretary@pnwvsc.org . Payment can be made via PayPal to pnwvintagesnowmobile@gmail.com . Or print the form, fill it out, and mail it with a check to the address at the bottom of the form. Dues are only $15 per year!

Hello vintage snowmobilers!
The past few years have brought some interesting changes and challenges to our vintage sled club.
Ray Bergstresser has carried this club forward for many years, planning most of the events we
attend in addition to maintaining our relationships with other clubs and the Washington State
Snowmobile Association. His dedication has helped make us who we are and we owe him many thanks
for his efforts. Ray decided to scale back his involvement with the administrative side of the club and
enjoy his vintage snowmobiles, but his are large shoes to fill. In accordance to our by-laws, Vice-President Stephen Phillips will move to
the position of President until then next election.
President: Stephen Phillips
Vice President: Position Open, duties currently covered by Kevin Hancock
Secretary/Treasure: Ed and Marlane Buckner
